We will strive for continual improvement in our operations and services to enhance the customer satisfaction level through upgradation of our systems & resources.

SUPREME Quality Management System (QMS) is based on ISO: 9001-2000 norms and is certified by QS Zurich AG. The QMS is subject to a bi-yearly audit by the QS Zurich AG in addition to the periodic audits conducted internally and audits by client bodies.
Management of all the project sites under execution is subject to the Quality Management System, as defined in the quality policy and quality manual, with appropriate quality assurance programmer.
Suitable quality control measures are adopted in accordance with approved quality assurance plans at the project sites supported by trained quality control personnel and well-equipped site laboratories. The company conducts in-house training programmers for staff members and workmen at the sites periodically.

Health safety & Environment (HSE) Policy
SUPREME conducts its construction business through well established environmental and safety management system. At SUPREME, we are committed to achieve excellence in building structures, which are not only safe for use but, also have been produced without compromising safety and environmental standards.
We continually strive to improve the effectiveness of the environmental and safety management system by:
1. Adopting, implementing environmental responsibilities and safe working practices, methods and standards
2. Complying with legislative and regulatory requirements
3. Institutionalising effective and efficient waste management system by reduction, recycling and reuse techniques
4. Avoiding, reducing and controlling pollution
5. Preventing accidents related to men, materials and machines
6. Promoting awareness among our employees, sub-contractors and costumers for enhancing the well being of our personnel and the environment
At SUPREME, health, safety and environment issues at project sites are always given priority. Every project site is managed by trained and qualified safety personnel.
Project-specific HSE plans are prepared for every site, defining all activities, attendant hazard analysis, responsibilities of personnel as regards to the HSE plan, emergency response plan, etc. The entire workforce and site personnel are provided with adequate PPEs in accordance with hazard involvement.
Onsite HSE activities include induction training, tool-box meetings and continual awareness programmers and safety promotion campaigns. Adequate health and hygiene arrangements are made at sites and labor camps with provisions of toilets, canteens, rest rooms, medical check-up, drinking water, vaccination, etc.
